Chris Sanders is a seasoned musician and a #1 hit recording artist.
Chris began his musical journey as a covers musician which has seen him perform over 1800 live shows and develop into a natural and engaging performer, who plays all your favourite hits from 50’s to modern and will have you singing and dancing along.
Chris is also an original songwriter, which saw the first song he ever wrote included on a NZ on Air Hit Disc with the likes of Neil Finn and The Topp Twins. He subsequently achieved some support slots with Tim Finn, Dave Dobbyn, Anika Moa, Evermore, Goldenhorse and many more.
More recently Chris has become and Children’s book author and songwriter. His debut book and song “Angel Star” released in October 2016 went to #1 in the iTunes Children's Charts, #8 in the general Pop Charts. Outside of New Zealand the song also reached Top 20 and Top 40 in the Canadian and Australian iTunes Charts respectively.
