Our Online Shopping Policy
Please note all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

All prices shown on Alongside website herein (trading as LATITUDE 35 LIMITED) are in New Zealand dollars. The price advertised may not be the same as the price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase into New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Cancellations and refunds

Each event and product has a specfic cancellation and refund policy. Please take the time to read this carefully before purchasing. All events and products redemmed onsite will be subject to our liquor license requirements and should you breach any of these conditions you will not be welcome on the premise and no refund will be refunded.

Credit cards

A trusted third party - DPS (Payment Express - in agreement with LATITUDE 35 LIMITED) provides a custom hosted redirect to submit your credit card details which is securely hosted on the DPS site. It is pre-certified and approved by BNZ to the latest security standards for LATITUDE 35 LIMITED online shopping credit card payments.
